Welcome to this luxury woodland themed styled shoot, a brainchild of Michal from Blooming Haus and Krishanthi from Cakes By Krishanthi. Over a coffee at Michal’s beautiful studio in Battersea, we plotted this exciting collaboration with a few other talented wedding suppliers we know in town. Dessert table is often overlooked by some couples and hence, we hope to inspire you. This style of table setting is quite versatile and can be adapted according to your special celebration, be it a wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc. Remember, a dessert table has to be both inviting and make your guests feel extra special too.
We love the autumnal feel of this table setting. A rich colour palette with a blend of reds, oranges and greens worked beautifully with a little scatterings of white and blue. Each tier of the bespoke tiered fondant cake was hand painted in dreamy water colour effect first and then decorated with delicate, handmade sugar flowers, berries and toadstool. The stylish yellow meringue tower and green macaron tower were decorated to complement the enchanted feel of the tiered cake.
Blooming Haus, the floral engineer made the most beautiful floral bouquet to go with the rest of the table setting. Michal even decorated one of the vases with rose thorns to give that added enchanted forest feel.
