My aim is to deliver excellence at each stage of the process, working with you to select all the key ingredients: from flavours, colours and themes through to fine detailing and presentation.

We will start with the nature and timing of your event, then cover your chosen venue and its particular ambience, the guests and any special dietary needs.
We will also explore concepts, colour palettes, flowers and other decorative details together.
You will be able to sample five of my delectable cake flavours which you will have pre-selected prior to our meeting.
Before I send your final cake design we’ll finalise your flavours and fillings as well as the other decorative details.
At this stage I will present you with a finished design that will incorporate all your favourite ideas and preferences into one piece of cake-concept art.
We can then discuss further revisions if necessary and then implement your favourite cake design. This is when I will send my final quotation.
Now that everything is in place, you can leave the rest up to me, knowing that your cake is in the best of hands.
I deliver all my cakes personally, often accompanied by an assistant.

£50 non- refundable fee is payable in advance. This fee covers P&P to send out cake samples via registered post, a Zoom consultation and sketch(es).
Other arrangements can be made on request.

I do ask that you place a 40% non-refundable deposit, in order to secure your order and delivery date.
The remaining amount of the fee will be due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.

As a complement to my signature cakes I can create a full dessert table laden with sweet treats for your guests.
These can include miniature cakes, iced cookies, mini-tiered brownies, macarons, cupcakes, tarts and meringue kisses. Dessert tables are usually designed to coordinate with your theme or the central cake.
I have been designing wedding cakes since 2010 and have built my reputation around creating beautiful, bespoke wedding cakes for some of the most prestigious venues across London, Surrey and throughout the UK.

Ideally 6-8 months in advance. However, I can on some occasions take on a commission at shorter notice depending on my availability.
Cakes are all baked freshly and decorated a few days in advance of your wedding. The most time consuming part of the process of making a cake is usually the sugar flowers which can take anything from 1-3 months.
We will discuss the cake making process in detail during the consultation.
